Since the age of 17, I have been passionate about fitness. I also have over seven years of martial arts experience. As someone who prioritizes health above all else, I started to regularly integrate physical activity into my life during adolescence. I learned how the body works during different activities, both inside and outside the conditioning room. Through my passion for fitness and learning how the body behaves in various contexts, I participated in a variety of training courses and completed a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. I chose this path to not only get a more in-depth understanding of the system that allows us to move and control our movements, but also to apply this knowledge properly. Thanks to my passion and practical knowledge, I’m certain that I can equip you with the tools and advice you need to reach your goals.

Wilson Xavier De Melo

As a personal trainer, my passion for physical fitness and martial arts inspires my clients to reach their maximum potential through simple and effective training programs.
