Are you about to begin a new fitness program? You want to measure your progress? Your workout routine no longer motivates you? You need to exercise, but don’t know where to start? 

A fitness assessment, a key component of any training regimen, can help you reach your goals. During your fitness assessment, one of our certified private trainers will evaluate various aspects of your physical condition, including your cardiovascular capacity, body composition and muscoskeletal fitness.

Once complete, your certified private trainer will make different recommendations based on the results of your evaluation and your goals. You can then begin your training program with a strong foundation. 

This program is offered at the Cartierville YMCA , the Downtown YMCA, the Du Parc YMCA, the West Island YMCA and Westmount YMCA .
